My 2wd saph! Small update Pg5 01/03/09

No more pics for now as i have just got my computer sorted to get pics on it.
Spec list.
Euan's old engine, long studded 200 block,low comp pistons, cnc ported head,bd 16 cams.
6 paddle clutch.
Roller bearing t4 , 34 actuator
Rs500 plenium 8 greens.
Pro alloy radiator,intercooler,turbo coooler
T4 roose hose kit
MSD piston dump valve.
MSD air injector
L8 super 8 ecu
Fuel pump hard wired
Bosh 044 pump
Stack rev counter,boot gauge,oil pressure gauge,volt gauge
Secs monitor
Grp A coil
Car looms uk engine loom
18' new comp mo 6 spoke anthracite
Brembo 4 pot front brakes with focus rs discs
Poly bushed front & rear
Fully resprayed shell 4x4 bonnnet
I will update as i go along.
Still waiting on chip coming , few metres of blue vaccum hose
i have prob forgot a good few thinngs i will ad to it

Not really sure mate im away to new york on friday for 5 days if it wasnt for that it would be finnished this weekend coming.
but its a cossie it will never be finnished

The veriners were taken off as the were adjusted to suit autronic i will get another new set & get them set..

Thanks paul , i was thinking about the grey one but ended up with this(white ones are faster)

Cant wait to get the car out the garage for decent pics
Paul does yours rub with the 18's & do you run the plastic splash gaurd?

Only rubs slighty on the front when going over speed bumps mate. The splash gards are still there but the wheels catch them now & again.

Mine catch even turning slow left & right someone has ground away the arches but now there are nowhere for the plastic arch to sit in to

You mean the cam timing, The only thing that was changed to suit Autronic was the bottom pully and dizzy.

Thanks james.yeah mark the cam pulleys were adjusted way out euan said it was something to do with being able to adjust the idle on autronic.When we put the engine in my car on webber it wouldnt idle & would missfire untill about 3.5k.We put the standard pulleys on & it was mint..

Mark the car wouldnt drive under 3k the way they had it set sounded like a subaru but i know what your saying i really need to get new pulleys on it && have them set properly.
