ok folks , the latest update in the project goes like this ,
so once the sierra waqs chopped , it was time to turn our attention to the mk 3 shell,
plan was to brace the shell, get it up on the spit and start chopping ,
so some pics - enjoy ,
first off , carl gave me a had to weld in the bracing , 30x30 angle , we first welded some plates into the car ,this gives us something thicker to weld to and prevents less damage to the car when removing ,

then it was onto fitting up the angles for the spit ,
some pics of the old floor lol
then it was time to pull the shell outside and start chopping lol ,
the main floorpan was an easy chop
then it was make a start on the bulkhead
and with a twat of a hammer
humm bit or space here
then the plan was to pull it bk in and start cleaning the sills ,unpicking the old floor out .
and lil glamour shot for the ladies
and the sill cleaned and etch primed
and how the old girl currently sits
got some more cleaning to do up the inside of the inner wings , and unpick the front sections of the mk 3 front chassis legs , then its time to do a little more to the sierra and start the offering up and measuring ,

looking good mate, keep hold of were the rear seat sits, as you`l have to unpic that skin and fit it to the sierra floor as your having the mk3 rear seat in
