OMG, I just love this thread and am so amazed at how much work is going into a 'tina. Like Steve (1-PD) the MK2 was (is) my fav Ford. I owned and modified about five, starting in 1977 at the age of 18. My last was this V6. All built in the street under a plastic sheet. Even sprayed the Diamond White and added the tan vinyl roof myself. Sold in '81 to get the money to complete my V6 Pop.

Jamie,
I will start off on 195 x 50 x 15's and with an auto box, there wont be the shock loads you experience every time you change gear, so fingers crossed.
I shall start looking out for a Volvo or 8.8 inch ford.

Yer it is a hard set up 5 link, coil springs, paddle clutch etc. but it did put it down very well hardly any wheel spin and took of straight as an arrow, been assured I wont be able to break the two piece shafts and the gripper diffs have life time warranty so fingers crossed for next year hopefully get more than 250 miles out of it.

Thanks guys.
Fitted the charge cooler under the dash.(well most of it )
The tricky bit of getting the pipes to the inlet connected
Then the tricky bit of getting the sides closed off and the pipes from the turbo's on
Still got the thread through the pipes for the coolant from the charge cooler to the front rad !
Boost valve fitted and wired in

Body painted,
Doors on,
Glass, bumpers, lights, grill, plates, carpet, seat belts, wipers all done.
The front seat is trimmed but cant go in till the rear seat comes this weekend.
Boot is painted, just got to flat and polish then fit.
Need to trim the face of the dash then the clocks can go in
Paint the bonnet
Then MOT
