I was at my garage all day today de-greasing the restof the car and carrying out some welding

Put the axle stands close together in the middle of the car and just tilt the front end forward so the arse goes in the air and thats the first bit done!! then use the engine hoist at the front to lift the car up inline with the front frame job done lol

Cracked on today with the spare wheel well!! went and bought a sheet of metal and marked it out for cutting

It wasnt to bad on the warping! im unable to get in behind it as its a panel on the other side! yeah il be selling the spit as soon as im done so il give you a shout mate cheers

just down in pitlochry just now for a wee break! I was at sitech racing today and picked up a spanking new cts gearbox! Was also discussing all the bits im getting off him for the escort etc so all good manny yeah a drink sounds gid but il be away nxt week again so will have to be when i get back from offshore

Not yet, its just had gotech fitted and it getting a bit of paint at moment, still not sure if I will fit B&M as I like way it drives without. Will see when I get car back

good progress.ive totally lost enthusiasim for mines after spending 4 hours today rolling around in gearbox oil and trying to connect turbo up over the box which is the biggest nightmare ever

intercooler pipes hitting turbo outlet the lot

Brand new cts stg 2 box

vibratechnics gearbox mounts

gearbox i bought a couple of weeks back which was meant to be a stg2 cts but turned out to be a standard non lsd box

why not try the deisel box with the limited slip diff as they are stronger boxs and more torquey

iam sure what ever you choose will be fine mate

Ive not actually thought about the sunroof yet as im concentrating on the underneath for now il worry about it later lol!! im not in a rush to have it finished but ideally it will be for next summer!! im just taking my time and trying to get everything spot on im not after a concourse car just something that is well tidy and i can rag fook out of when im home lol.
