plenum fitted with 73mm throttle body&2 new take off,s for remote iscv,s so i can run mild or mad anti lag




finally finishedafter 5 months off road

it lives after 5 months off road its running & ive also hooked up the anti lag it ticks over at 1000-2000 rpm anti lag on & the boost gauge reads minus 4to 6 psi small pops but no flames so i might fit the second iscv & see what that makes.cornwall rsoc here i come.

i fitted the cam cover & also fitted a turbo cooler with more aeroquip






i also fixed my comp struts by drilling & tapping to take m12 bolts instead of the m10s that broke.

went to combe saturday what an excellant day but it has highlighted that i have manic surge in every gear but the boost is capped at 32psi which is better than the 40+ psi i used to run.looks like ill have to get stu to do a live map on it .

ive done that already james ,what i do not under stand is when i had no boost control i e ,40 +psi it never surged but now its capped at 32psi it surges like fook lol.

well it can be mapped out on air inj, but its strange your engine spec should consume more air than a boeing 747 lol

it may be related to trying to cap the boost, t4s tend to get out of control because the wastegate porting and penny are too small to dump enough gasses,

that will sort your surge issues, ive yet to see a tanks made from am ally company that doesnt surge, the internal swirl pots are shit unless supplied internally, hence why im making my own tank.

hi beefy cam trigger works fine much neater with no dizzy .i got the oil pump drive mods off b9 kos (richie)


right time for an update i went to rally day saturday which was excellent & when i got home i felt like a change on the rear end so on sunday morning i jacked car up & ripped the rear arches off so i can cut the rear inner arches out to move arches in a bit & up a lot & fit my wrc style strut tops in & make room for a set of water radiators in the rear 1/4 panels like the group 5 zakspeed cars have & fit a bigger style arch similar to group5 carspics to follow.ps what have i done.
