My RST, nearly finished now!!
Got this S2 and it was in quite a state! She has basically had: new front and rear panels, new rear arches, new inner and outer sills, new front floorpans, new wings, new bonnet, new battery tray, replacement boot lid. I have lost count of what i have bought but from the top of my head:
New lights all round, new RS7's, new PBR 315mm 4 pots, 2wd rear disc conversion, new Konis, Recaros rebuit wih new foam from Recaro, new wiring clips and plugs where possible, new peadl rubbers, new genuine lock set, new steering wheel, new 3" bore custom exhaust (not loud!), Pace full front intercooler, twin Spal fans, new fuel pump and carrier, new fuel tank, new decals and stickers for under bonnet.
Underneath has been stripped and now being painted, just a few coats left to do. The interior was given a good wash, along with the carpet which came out like new. Its been well worth it! Just the last fiddly bits to do now. Spoiler is just being re-done at present.
An early pic:
Yummy!
Neat patch on the chassis rails
Floor nearly complete, but decided to do the drivers floor pan after this!
Started the long cleaning process:
Low miler gear shifter:
Off to bodyshop
Now the interior........
The blessed battery tray:
Then this slowed me down a bit, being the new owner of this! It now is being rebuilt because of somebody lying about the engine
Back from bodyshop, carpet in:
New location for Defi's
Dust!
Seat mounts given a paint
Nearly finished floor
315mm PBR brakes

Some more pics and new goodies!
I had this Turbo smart dump valve laying around so tried doing something with it. Only trial fitted. What do you think?
PBR 315mm 4 pot brakes now fitted, and the RS7s fit without spacers needed!!!!!!!
Couple of nice ones

do not use the rs turbo alloy wheel nuts as there to small ie the collar you need to use bigger alloy ones with the collar you can get them from rally design

The first venture out of the garage under her own steam!! Gave her a quick drive up the road, and has a few niggles but she certainly is boosting well!
Pics! Im really pleased at how she looks, especially as she needs to be polished (hasnt had anything since being painted) Interiors looking cool too!
After a quick rinse
Paint looks just awesome
Re-bolstered seats
