im new to the forum so first of all hello...
the chap in the local tyre house directed me to
this excellent web site when i was telling him about
my xr3i rebuild...
it was a pretty rusty example...and needed new rear wings..
inner and outer sills...new door bottoms...rear and front panels...
battery tray....boot floor panel....rear floor panels...
and a near side door post....i had the wheels refurbed
and powder coated...it was all done outside on the drive in
8 weeks fully striped out and painted and rebuilt...
she has come out really well to thanks to some good weather...
so here are some pictures of the finished build, if i had known
about this site sooner i would have taken some more pictures
of the strip down and examples of how bad these cars do rust...
my next project is an all white cabriolet so i will keep you
all posted on this when the strip down starts....
i just need to figure out how to upload pictures now...

you need to upload your pics onto www.photobucket.com then copy the img link into your post on here - there is a better explanation in faqs i think
