Default my cossie trake build

The car is a 2wd 1988 e plate coswoth i bought the car about 1 year ago running light greens and a stainles steal exhaust i fitted the rl7s as soon as i got home as it was on standerd wheels .Unfortuntley i havent got a picture of the engine

.Now i have killed my second engine in my 3rd cossie I think its time to do things propley (engine no 1 std 205 block) (engine no 2 low comp blue sprint 200 block)
before greys. l8 .external wastegate.t4 turbo . low comp 200 block. quaif atb. 909 coilovers. rs500 intercooler fully polybushed . 17"grp a rl7s. 4"scopion exhaust

as you can see completley fooked

so i have decided to get a new engine and drop the power to 350/380 bhp
and strip and cage it
eney input would be helpfull
i will post some more pictures latter

i spent a few hours to day striping and cleaning the engine bay to get it painted just to freshen up

i all so removed the battery tay as i will be moveing the battery into the boot

before


abfter





i used auto glym engine degreaser i was surprised how good it works
if i get a chance tomorrow i am going to take out the interia so i can clean and prep it for the cage
not to sure on a full cage welded strut to strut or a bolt in cage (saftey devices etc)
