Bad Boys Bad Boys what u gonna do...Pic-Update P.8
My Black Sapphire Cosworth....
Startet last year in novembre after a loooong search i´ve found the right object!!

Dry Stored the last 7 Years
Lets Start....
...the trip to Stolberg to pick up the car...
...my brother who was a great help during the whole rebuilt!!....
maaaaannnyyy THANKS!!!
Some of the first pics, after cleaning the car and free it from stickers
...have a look at thre wheels...uuuuaaah absolutly NO GO!!...
on 2.january i got "green light" from my wife, so lets start...
...new parts arrieved

New Fuelfilter and uprated Grp A Fuelpump

BRAND NEW GT3076R HF!!!
Febraury: time to start the engine rebuilt, it was done by
POST MOTORSPORT!!!
....HAPPY EASTER
...my "new wheels"...needs a lot of work too...

some new parts...after cleaning the fuel tank, i´d decided to paint it black
End of march: mount the rear axle and fuel tank, clean everything ... NO BIT of RUST!!!
Correct the inner wings for the new 18" Compomotives!!....PERFECT!
Front axle fit togehter with all HD Bushes...
....stand on her own wheels...
Power Steering....Before...AFTER!!!

End of April: ...WAOH Mercedes A Class Bimoto with +500BHP!!!

NEW Samcos!! water and boost hoses...

Some few Bits i´ve forgotten to name it...AP 315mm Brake; Racimex 19Row Oilcooler with Termostate and braided lines; Exhaust wrap; Motorsport Metallcat; smoked Puma side repeaters; 60mm DEFI Instruments fore Oiltemp, Boostpress and Exhausttemp; Brandnew MOMO Steering wheel...See the Result...

@koskev: Yes it works with the standart intercooler, but i will go for escort intercooler with external watercooling to keep the "original look"!
ENGINE SPEC:
original block: with 59tkm on it, long studded, new main and rod bearings, victor reins wrc head gasket
head: fully portet, upratet cams by POST Motorsport, 4xBosch 550c injectors with special fitment
Turbo: GT3076 HF
Exhaust: 3" Magnex with Motorsport Metall Cat
This engine spec will be good enough to produce proven 432bhp!!!
TRANSMISSION: Bilstein Coilovers; Fully Polybushed F+R Axle
WHEELS: 8x18 Compomotive
INTERIEUR: 3x DEFI Gauges for Exhaust temp, Oil Temp and Boost press fitted in Carbon, Momo Steering wheel, Speedometer -300km/h
EXTERIEUR: Nearly original Style, Brandnew Mondeo lip
Engine Bay: New Samcos for Cooling and Boost; New original Water heating tank, new original power steering tank, motorsport leads
