right some progress actually pick up the fez engine now gonna start gettin everything cleaned and ready for the conversion

heres the engine block




exhaust will be welded up and re polished
sump powder coated
rocker cover powder coated
new oil and water pump while its out

so hopefully progress from here on in

right wheels are for sale as i dont need them now.........need tyres for the cossie wheels lol

finally finished off the block as well (rocker cover will be 90's spec and powder coated orange)



once i buy a new car the conversion as finally start need to take the old engine out and rob some bits from it first then i can build this one up properly

well the old girl had finally been retired from daily duties so the strip down can commence, plans are to do the engine conversion, replaint engine bay and under side resto/weld/tidy up should be fun.....more to come

yer mate snows stopped play for a while now gonna get the exhuast welded up next month and start stripping it all down just gotta get my airtec cooler rad and pre rad

right now its not so cold and i had a free weekend, started stripping the car today all ancillaries off, rad exhaust and manifolds off, fluids drained just gotta work out what parts i need now

nope there goin no where mate plus ive curbed them and your miles away lol

just ordered new inlet and exhuast studs, valve stem seals and all the gaskets i'll need, goin to get some bits polished soon hopefully

few bits i went and got fitted new valve seals to the engine yesterday ans been trying to get 10 years of different colour paints off my rocker cover lol

been collecting all the necessary parts for the conversion, also another fuel tank, all paint and prep tools and some polly bushes to replaced tired ones

removed an old alarm (bloody scotched locked in!!!!)

and generaly prepped the bay

bit of progress today started sand blasting to get bay ready for paint but weathers shitty

sandblasted 90% of the engine/suspension parts to go back on aswell

new boot decal



hopefully have some pics up by monday of a painted engine bay

dicided sod it id paint the bay today give it a chance to dry and maybe eng the engine in monday

right done a few more bits today got it all wired up all pip work i have fitted just got to modify my oil return pipe and get some pil pipe work and a rad and im done
