Just been reading thru this m8...
Lovely motor! Looks good on the Cossie rims!
Im liking the turbo conversion, all the painted parts really tidy it up!
Keep us posted on how the conversion goes. Ive only just finished turboing my EFi Orion, if you need a hand or any advice let me know m8 as im only down the road from you!

Right the enthusiasm has returned and with the impeding sale of my rs turbo hopefuly some funds, believe I've traced the non starting fault to the crank position sensor believe this engine needs the longest sensor and I only have an aftermarket item so gonna change that hopefuly that'll sort it, also plan to fit a turbo pre rad and ERL water injection while in at it

just looked at all you pics thinking what it could be and the wrong crank sensor was a thought lol . normally if the crank sensor isnt picking up on the flywheel you wouldnt get fuel or a spark ??? hope you sort it soon

I had a RST aswell so no need to make it into so ethi ha it's not with the kit lol

The belt rotted through from a leaking hose on the water pump, I've ordered an new hose now and changing the position on the headder tank to where an MFi cars would be, don't know if it's damaged the valves yer find out next week when it goes to Karlos_g for OFAM ecu conversion
