I know, the breather is Ł120 new and theres easily the same value in the hoses and fittings being -10 and -12. The -12 fitting itself is about Ł26.00 Only problem I have now i I have to Aeroquip the rocker cover....then everything else will look out of place and will need doing to match lol

Ah well I don't think you need to bother, too much work for you. You best sell the breather to me for a little more than you paid

Another little touch for the car. About 6 years ago I bought a Landia Delta Intergrale bonnet to put the vents in my Fiesta I was building. I kept hold of it for ages alwayd wanting to put it on various cars like my 2.0 Fiesta on Throttle Bodies, one over the manifold, one vent over the TB's for nice air etc.

When I bought the RST I always wanted to put one of the vents over the exhaust manifold, but was offered Ł200 for it and at the time needed the money so let it go.

I've always been on the lookout for another as I still like the idea of an Intergrale vents over the exhaust manifold but don't like the GRP mold ones that need smoothing in. I wanted the real deal removable vent so it would look factory, and have been watching a single vent on it's own for Ł130 buy it now on eBay. I was umming and arrring about buying it but I wouldn't have the currect surround etc to weld in so never bought it. Then last week, I spotted a damaged one this week on eBay and grabbed another bargain. Ł25!

I might knock up a photoshop later if I can find a correct picture but I think it will look pretty trick, especially if you can see the tubular manifold underneith. Not sure whether it will look better on my ERST bonnet or on a standard bonnet, and where to use the whole power bulge or just the vents...

Everyone is saying the whole bulge. Will need some careful positioning due to the heater box vents, but entirely possible. I think it's probably the best bonnet vents you can find. Look good and entirely practical.

thats a great idea Muz, id use the full buldge with vents, i wouldnt mind an intergrale myself infact LOL,

i forget how hot these things get under the hood especailly with a T34 and 3" straight thro pipe,

so even tho i like standard looks this looks the way forward as far as cooling goes

Jon, using the whole bulge would also give me more clearance under the bonnet, as currently the TB hits the bonnet under load because of the manifold setup. I'll be keeping my mint, RST bonnet though to change as I like.

Got bored so decided to fit the AH Fabrication breather and Aeroquip. Need to Aeroquip the rock etc now! And it's a bit disheartening making a list of what still needs to be done. But gotta keep at it. The breather a bit hidden there, but it seems to be the only space I have to put it, the bays starting to look cluttered

The bonnet was a bargain, although its condition is far worse than the seller described and how it's photographed. It's fucked, every edge is bent or dented But the buldge is perfect and theres not a spot of rust on it, so perfect for what I want.
