Work has proper started on the new sapph *update*
The old black Sapph has gone
So please say helloto the New One
This is how i bought it, knowing it had a servere front cam seal leak, we agreed the £3500 and i bought it home.
Within 40 mins of paying the cash the rocker cover was off, verniers gone, cams out.
Quick phone call today to Matt lewis get the relevent seals
Today i have ordered up some black hoses the seals, removed some dodgy wiring (not done by Gary but previous to him).
Got to do a few bnits of electrics.
Loader and Dan spent the afternoon removing all the bits that THEY didnt like, Dan sent me to go and source some ambers.
We threw on some old wheels we had knocking around PMSL, got rid of the MOMO wheel and put on a 4 spoke
And took Some pics
Engine bay before and after so Far
Thats in 24 Hours
Thanks to Dan & Loader because with work and family i struggle with time, they are dimonds.

He's cleared his debt and bought a genuine Cossie this time, result!
I will miss the black one though, PROPER individual car that was!
. Not a drop of oil or coolant which is odd for a saff that had a mamoth oil leak and all its hoses and rad dropped out to be sat there.

The Black sapph will break for around £10K with the spare i collated over the years, iv decided not to hoard parts just have a clear out and buy as needed.
I always had spares just in case but now if the car breaks down im sure i will just track the part down
The white sapph will only owe mw about £3K once i sold the stuff i dont want off it so its all good

yes mate all the work on the car was dun by a friend of mine who used to ork at a company called atford motorsport but to be honest i never knew about the wiring sorry
dont speak to him anymore though he is to much of a mission
all in all top saff must admit really liked this one only sold it as i ran out of money over christmas time x3 kids wife and all that otherwise i would most defenatley still have this one

Did this used to be the Spec-R show car? There is an AWFUL lot polished in the engine bay!
