Default Mk4 XR3I Project

Hello, I am new to the forum and have recently bought a Mk4 XR3I which I intend to modify and I am aiming for a track spec, whilst retaining the standard drivetrain. Below are some llinks to pictures of the car when I first purchased.

Progress however will be rather slow as I am still at school so the budget is rather smal. Below is a list of planned modifacations, in a planned chronological order.

Stainless steel exhaust

Bucket Seats

Clear front indicators

90 Spec front bumper

90 Spec spoiler

Polybush throughout

Lower on suitable shocks and springs

Strut braces

Harnesses

Steering Wheel

Upgrade brakes

Upgrade Wheels

I also intend to have a stripped minimal look to the interior, will update when progress has been made.

Thanks for the comment, I am from West Yorkshire, yes an air filter would probably be a good idea in combination with the exhaust as the CVH responds well to simple breathing mods doesn't it?

Do anybody think an induction kit such as a viper kit would be any more effective than a simple cone filter? Thanks in advance.

Thanks, that limits choice greatly , however will a pipercross/K+N panel will still create a slight improvement over standard.
