He did seem a little lost for words

Having a bit more work done, so hoping to be approaching the 600 bhp mark.

With the close Ratio RS box I am having fitted, should get into the 10s on the 1/4 and make a much better sprint/hillclimb car.

I'm doing the drift track sprint at Oulton on the 8th August if you fancy coming down for some passenger rides

It is on the drift tack.

Had the car dyno's again and the smoothest power delivery produced 520 bhp and about 455 Torque at 2 bar. At 2.3 Bar it made more power obviously, but the delivery was more erratic. Really flys now

Had a few bits done to it recently.

Battery relocated to the boot

That left more room to pipe my new K & N closer to the wing (which has a handy hole in it for a cold air feed).

Some of you will be cringing at the state of my engine bay. It will be getting cleaned (a bit) soon.

Little vid on the dyno.

You will have to tilt your head or put your screen on it's side.

A couple of vids from the final sprint of the year at silverstone.

A lairy one on slicks on a damp track

How not to do it

Very damp (Got a nice drift on)

And finally a quick one

Front end has a bit of damage, so removed the bumper and wings and some nice aftermarket varis ones are going on under sponsorship.

Cams and intercooler are now sold.

Going with a better cooler, kelford cams, race cell/new fuelling, and a GT35R.

Should run closer to 600 bhp on pump fuel and maybe 650 bhp on race fuel.

Just thought I'd share in case any of you were interested

You wouldn't recognise her Wil.

I have spent ££££s on it and my latest shopping list is in excess of £5k.

It's soooo addictive

In preparation for this season's racing, we have basically rebuilt this car.

Completely stripped it, had a lot of much needed welding done.

Removed loads of weight including all sound deadening, ABS, heaters etc etc.

Had a Safety Devices Cage fitted.

Other mods to include

Full fuel system with new reg, filter, swirl pot and braided line.
Braided brake lines
Gizzmo Boost Controller
Kelford 272 Cams
APS Intercooler
Koyo Rad
Corbeau Revolution Bucket Seats
Schroth 4 point harnesses
Lifeline weld on, snap off boss
Momo Mod 78 steering wheel
K Sport 356mm 8 pot front brakes
Project MU HC+ Pads front and rear
The battery is relocated to the boot
Short shift kit.
Setrab 25 row oil cooler

In the process of building it all back up and then off for mapping

Now that it has proper cooling, I should be able to push more boost.

Hoping for 530 BHP and 480 Ft/Lbs with the power holding for longer.

Next mod will be Fibre Glass doors, which will save a further 72 Kgs.

Hoping for 1150 Kgs then.
