I know progress has been slow, been working silly hours earning ££££ to fund the project . . . Off work for a couple of weeks so its flat out on the Orion for abit
Interior needs a clean buts its starting to go back in

Starting to come together quickly under the bonnet, engine is stripped, just gotta order the pistons and rods etc

Dash temp fitted, I've got another dash I think i'm gonna have to send away for flocking . . . need it doing asap really, anyone help with contact details ?

Door cards fitted to, temp fitted the equipe inner door handles ( different colout to the door cards ) gotta find some mint grey handles or get the spare set I've got painted ( anyone help with a colour code near as for the interior door handles? )

Retrimmed Saff wheel looks chunky!!! And keeps the factory look

All side windows in and all working, front and rear screens are booked in for fitting tommorrow ( had to order a new front screen )

Roof lining and sunroof in, a pain to refit but come good in the end

All electrics have been tested and are working which is a plus, just had to fit the retrimmed Recaros. Its really starting to get there now
So, tommorrow front and rear windows are being fitted, wednesday im fitting the Gaz coilovers, adjustable tca's, front and rear anti roll bars with poly bush kit, might even get the Cossie front and rear brakes bolted up

you could mount them behind the back seats some how cos the orion seats drop down seen this done years ago looked pretty trick

The Vibe 6x9s are massize, they'll hang too low

I will have to pop round one night and take a look in the flesh.

I wont be going on Sunday either. I want a door skin for mine so chose to have that instead as the rest of my money is for the respray

wish I had the resources to get mine done at the same time as yours would be cool to have them on the road together.

Turbo anti roll bar fitted, with polybush kit, adjustable tca's, Gaz coilovers, only got the fronts on today

Escort Cossie front brakes fitted, just gotta get a new set of pads fitted to them, and fit the braided hoses

Abit of paintwork will want touching up on the brakes, roll bar etc but its all together and not in boxes anymore lol

All 4 Borbets are now on the car . . . they look awesome

Sev was bought last year with the intension to sell on this year, I just wanted to do some shows this year if the ZT shell wasn't finished.

If I keep Sev much longer I'd end up having it painted and spending on 2 cars.

The Borbets are slightly wider at 7.5J and will fill the arches abit better. You dont see Borbet C's about much now, so even more reason for me to leave them on the Zetec Turbo shell

Its different, but not in your face. . . and it'll stand out at the shows for the right reasons. . .

Its starting to look good

i know what you mean about the borbets mate, i want another set as the off set on mine are et30 and stick out about but can i hell find them (think i got a bargian for £40 with 3 new tryes)

and it does look diffrent not like your normal orion that has a rs kit or turbo kit
