Thumbs up The new s2 project....
Hey guys!! This is my first restoration/project thread so bare with me!!

Picked this up for £250. Needs fair bit of work doing but hopefully its more time than money. Engine bay is covered in oil but have started to clean it up. Going to clean it all and replace gaskets while inspecting all parts









Fuel distribution unit when removed -->







After cleaning -->



The car as it stands at the moment! Loom is completely f**ked up. Will be re-wiring alot of it me thinks. Has 3 alarms on it :-? and alot of positive's just chopped and hanging loose :-?

Not too sure yet. Was thinking bout building a zvh but might just leave it 1600 at the mo. Not too sure really. Main priority is getting it look mint really before i start going mad LOL

Some pics!! Stripped down head and clean up loom (thanks to SaqsS2turbo).













The valves were proper mank!!! Took over 3 hours to clean them up. It was like a lump of cement on each one. Looking good now though
