no matter what youre gonna have to change the loom, personally id go for zetec as its descent power and easy to work with. cvh isnt really worth it unless youre going for turbo, and rs2k isnt worth the change as it isnt all that tunable.

also you might have posted in the wrong forum

2.0 zetec, Rs2000 engine, 130spec 3i engine. as said cvh isn't really worth it unless it's a turbo.

Engine and box from RS2000 would be the least hassel and the cheapest way to get 150bhp, decent gearbox and power steering.
