Default My brothers brscc racing fiesta

My brother started racing back in 2005 and brought the same 1.4 class b fiesta as mine

I then repainted it in the reyland colours

Then during testing at Angelsey he got tagged on the rear whilst doing just over 100mph resulting in a rather large roll

So time for me to start another project!! First up strip down

Next up hack the shell away to get the cage out! Great fun!

Check out the rear wheels!! Both had split all the way round

Engine out and noticed this! Doh

So cage out

Whats left

Buy a £200 ebay pile of shite (comes with all panels glass rear beam etc)

Strip it and remove the roof skin as cant have a sunroof

Weld the cage in

As it was a high milage car the underneath wasnt great

Take it back to bare metal and etch prime

Weld some strong seat mounts in

Paint the underneath

Prime the inside and outside

Paint the inside

Mask that off

Paint the outside

Start to refit

Nearly there

Mask for the stripes

Couple of hours later

Fit a new seat

Quick shot of the engine after the rebuild, only bent 16 valves!

Me testing it at brands on the 20th on jan

And the two together
