And then the mount for the pedal box

Your Anglia looks pukka mate. I'm in negotiations with the girlfriend at the mo as I have seen one for sale, its a 56 model, currently in primer, no engine fitted, but comes with a V6, a 9" rear end, absolutly mint leather interior etc.... It was built to be a drag car, but the guy crashed it. It was fully repaired and has been sitting in dry storage for the past 5 years.

ill get some pics and put them on.

Glad you lifted those 4 link front brackets up, when i first see the ones under car i was thinking 'damm gotta say to him to check the roll skew ' and was hoping that you hadn't welded it all in, first time i've seen the build and your going great guns, be good to see another 100E out there

finally had some time away from painting this weekend, so after a very long time a small update for you. Ive been putting this job off for a long time for no real reason just didnt fancy it so this morning went up my workmates and took some measurements from his mk1 escort then off to the workshop to start chopping. So heres some pics

First off make a jig to aid with positioning

Cutting has begun

Jig centralised on car

The offer some top mount plates up

I may neew to wind the tca's and steering arms in

I may go into work 2moro and finish the mounts off and tidy them up a bit, after ive watched the f1 of course

you really are a high class tit The 3 bolts are what were holding the struts on to the original 100e mountings before i changed the strut tops. Im not going to bother chopping them off as those top mounts will be getting chucked away and replaced with adjustable ones when i come to build the car up properly

Thanks for the nice coments, give me a bit of enthusiasm I have been welding for around 3 and a bit years i suppose. I prefer to tig weld really but some bits on a cat its just not worth using that for. If you didn't thave such a rusty old pug phillip it would have been done by now
