Saw it at SMRC today. Looked very much worse for wear on the front and driver's side then it blew up crossing the line to win the first race. Charlie said it was the engine, packed up and went home.

It got that damage a little while ago as I picked my car up from Andrew last week and it was there and had some battle scars to os front

Hopefully nothing to terminal with the engine

I'm no expert but the amount of oil it threw down and the amount of smoke it threw out...I don't think it was just a turbo.

Bit long winded but i need to make sure i get the right ones,

Those uprights, i take it they (type) are whats needed for the 106?

The set on the left being original grpa (5 bolt) items for the front, and the right wrc but machined to suit 2wd bearings (8 bolt) for rear?

Havent spoke to charlie yet i was on a stag all weekend he had little off in the car a few weeks ago but all the new stuff is sitting ready for it to be fixed & the carbon doors will be fitted at the same time. Not sure about the engine tho but i know he wont be happy i will call him 2 moro

is there any chance of the ag mob attending at least one event of TA this year? im friggin sick of these know it all top jap tuners racing round with no competition, I know the blue focus's couldnt compete against them but it was just so satifying watching them clock faster times than them!!!

Just the sign of the times mate, Cossie's don't have the same worldwide rep the Jap counter parts do. Retarded I know, but at least we all know what the Ford crew can acheive. Personaly I'm not fussed, TA started out as a public contest and now its quickly become a contest for those that turn up with company names on 2 van's full of what can best be described as one whole extra car in parts.....how can the common man compete

Not sure the new owner of the green car will want pics up i will ask him n if its ok i will , its at andrews the now having a box n rear diff fitted.
The green car will not be in smrc just a track car only

if any is going to be doing time attack it will be charlie but i doubt it i will ask him tho i really should have kept this thread updated for the carbon car
