Default Need a little advice......

Right hear we go then... i've just got my grubby little hands on a mint H reg sierra saph. The body is mint for its age, only 2 owners ect ect also was a little bonus at £50! One slight draw back is its a 1800i automatic ive never been a massive fan of autos and I intend to use this little gem for track days and meets ect and the auto box is just going to have to go. dose any one know how easy/what i should do to change the box. ive changed the gear box in my escort but never converted a car to a manual how would I go about this???

absolute piece of piss, just change the box, along with flywheel and add a clutch obviously then change the pedal box to a manual one and fit a clutch cable! you may need a different prop also, but not sure on that one.
