alloy cooler rally spec, built for RS2K not add on, but not sure what Grp or origin

couple of miscelinious bottles

swirl pot

peddal box, needs sand blast an paint

bolts into plated bulk head so more work to do

from what we can all tell, ford motorsport manifold and system
manifold isnt de-egr'd its never had them also doesnt have lambda holes

Phil busy preping and finishing wings

whilst Phil was bust with bodywork I cut the inner pannels from the doors also cut out the reinforcment bars and nearly cut me finger off in the process

so much weight removed from the doors, usualy a two man job to remove and replace a door but i was doing it on my own with ease once lightened

I know Phil is building a Maxi spec front bumper for me but we decided it wont last long on track use, so it'll be for show and for 0-60 runs
track use I've decided to go with a true Lucifer II front end

Phil got loads done today, near finished drivers side wings now, and preped most of passenger side, we've decided how were going to do the side skirts also and it aint gona be that hard to complete, so not to long now

what you think so far ?

Tuck a trip over to Marco's yesterday with the coilovers so he could let me know if they are any good and he told me there a realy good set of billstienes and pound rating on springs is good for FWD car, cheers mate

Had a visit from Andrew aka FreakPower today @ ALDevelopments and he kindly dropped off some parts to me, proper top bloke could of chatted for hours mate

Andrew is a master engineer and so helpful, he sorted out my RST with a ZVH engine and a sorted bloke to boot, a up and coming guy that you will more of i think

when we started this weekend loads of shit to remove and sound deadening pad residue

now 1st coat of primer inner and roof

next inside will be a thin coat of stone chip on the floror

removed top engine mount braket as ill be fittin Group A ones now

phil cracked on with the body work also and its getting closer to finished now

gearbox to chasis rail

block to rail

back on all fours and sitting better with stanerd struts on for moving to Sams next week

engine mounts I wont be using il be giving them to Sam aswell but not before they get refabricated for mine

saw this mod done to a fezzy on another forum, theyve used cosworth turret tops in the bay so they can bolt adjustable top mounts off the shelf

I thought it was a crackin idea lol so Ive got me self some cosworth turrets

got a get um put in now lol

got some more good parts coming in post this week, one ive been waiting for from spain should I hope be here tomorrow so ill post up pics

Progress pics sent from Sam on me t/b's

four runners cut, then angled to match the slope enterance on the inlet

then i port matched the inlet to match the larger sized runners

see here the difference between them :shock:

two done

all four done :thumbup1:

heres what it will look like once welded, all runners placed on.

then i took it to the welders to get welded up

then a rough overall look, just need to space the tbs out and sort the linkages, and throttle cable bracket, and it's pretty much done then

how wicked are they gona be :shock:

some good and bad news on one mod Ive been waiting months to get in the post
i got it but its snapped in two

ill see if i can get another one of the company tomorrow though
