have you got wheels sorted?? i've got a set of 4 turbo / 16ooi rims that were re furb'd by the smart repairers at work couple of tiny marks but pretty mint £50??

here's a couple of pics taken today. still needs rubbing down & compounding, then i need to get the rs1600i graphix making up. also needs lowering. i have a mondeo td enging to go in sometime in the new year

pretty easy to do the indicators. i held a nail in a pair of mole grips & heated it up with a blow torch. then cut the orange into 4 sections with the red hot nail (so the sections will fit through the hole) the just tap the sections off from the indicator & remove via the hole

just found this thread lol fukin top work!! i have just bought a 1984 origional mk3 van lol needs a lot of work but im going to stick it in my garage and get it all done lol its a b reg ive never sen a mk3 van before there mostly mk4s like yours, does look the titis though

That looks spot on mate top job, what paint are you using are you using a base coat and laquer or just an akrilik paint cos that looks realy good,

friend o mines jst converted a mk4 inti a mk3.loox ace in silver with flaired front aches,bout the same width as s1 but actually welded on.250bhp cvh turbo lump.ap brakes.il get him ti giv me a few pics to post.

there's no side repeaters as mk3's dont have them. its been on the road for a couple of years now & will probably get some work done on it next year when my cossys finished

Had to look twice at the sapphire reg then, my dad had an orion 20 yrs ago and the reg was F504DNA. Ha, good job on the van, i agree about the back bumpers being black though.
