why have you cut the new front arches, there are meant to be bolt on not bond

you will not be able to lower the rear anymore as the axle will have no travel if you try

if you want to go lower on the front the tops of the chassis legs need to be cut to follow the curve of the wheel

if i was you i would bin those replica arches and get some proper spec items from mdv, those that you have look a recipe for disaster and i would expect them to crack very quicky

looks like its going to be a beast

the back will have to go lower, its about 8 inch above the wheel
im blending the arches in,not just bolting them on.
the front is fine hight wise,im happy with it.
there will be no cracks with skillcustoms buildng it belive me mate.
i would of got the kit from m-sport but i only met my contact there after id bought it from pumaspeed, gutted.
it will be fine anyway.

even the shortest springs that gaz will sell you will not get the back down

a standard spring is around 9", a kw item is around 7" and thats before its compressed

only other option is to strengthen the rear turrets and put a full coilover damper on like i did,but again you will have to modify the axle to suit, get m-sport to send you some pics of how there modify theres

just to let people know the full stright through exhaust on this car is up for sale, its unreal, and hasnt been used apart from to go down the road to test the engine build,it sounds like a rally car.
only selling coz its in the way of the back being loward so im having another made up specially.
pm me if interested.
its a full 3" stainless area six built stright through and is not for the faint hearted or those with moaning neighbours.

i have serious concerns with your rear arches

Mate these will need to be cut much much higher or your shell arches will slice your tyre and wheel in half…

I dont know if anyone knows heeman form FT but he puts his update as a new post and then edits his first post with a link to the latest update and all other updates. its a good system, means you can just jump to the relevant posts.
