Does anyone know of a company that could finish putting this back together for me?
It was fully working when I took it apart, to be working again it needs,
A small amount of wiring reconnecting,
Boost circuit reconnecting, (& charge cooler flushing out)
Charge cooler water hoses cutting and connecting and a system flush
Cooling system flush and fill
Oil change
Cambelt change
Coilovers need fitting properly where they meet strut tops (looks like a part is missing)
Throttle cable making
Then just a visual check to make sure everything looks ok.

I have just moved to a house without a garage and all my tools are in boxes and not really accessible, I do t have anywhere to work on it and i need to spend my time working on the house not the car so would just rather get someone else to finish it for me.

So
Who would you recommend to do this?

Yes I have just the man you need.

http://www.thegreasemonkey.co.uk

Give Matthew a call at The Grease Monkey. He and his colleague Paul are ex Renault and they have done numerous jobs on my 5 for me. They can do anything you need and in my experience there work is spot on.
The Grease Monkey is not to far from you just a trip round the M25.
Tell him Matthew with the White 5 gt turbo & 3dr Cossie told you to call.
Good luck.
