fiesta rs turbo door/rear quarter spraying - ITS BACK 30/4
a big thanks to s2rstony who is a member on here 
as some of you may know i have some bastards attemt to break into my fiesta rs turbo about 1 year ago, something like a screwdriver has been put behind the locks to pop the locks and damaged the paintork and door. so heres a few pics of prep work for the sprayer - to save me some ££ and so i can see what the bodywork is like behind the dreaded bodykit
the car is going in tomorrow 28/04 and hopefully ill have some progress pictures as well. the doors and rear quarters will be sprayed so it all blends in nicely.

i was so carfull in taking the mint doorcard off and found this door has not been touched as all the plastic was intact
one hell of a mint doorcard with no frayed matierial
the mirror still has the date stamp on it
seals all removed
these were a bastard to remove so i had to drill them out in the end, and they will have to be re-studded as well
this was the part i was dreading, how much hidden rust there was, thankfully there is only a tiny bubble in the top corner which will be sorted tomorrow.
the o/s seal is absolutely perfect with no signs of rot, shame about the brackets for the bodykit, will have to look for some new ones.

again more pictures of the arch, a tiny patch of surface rust you can see of the botton of the sill which is nothing bad at all.
now to the passenger side, again i had to drill the studs out of the bodykit, and i was amazed to see no rust at all

and again the n/s sill is perfect, just needs a clean thats all
the perfect rust free arch that just needs a clean
the final article before the car goes in for work.

picked the car up yesterday and have to say i am very impressed. the pictures says it all and got this done for a very very good price as well.
the doors and rear quarters have been sprayed and the colour match is spot on with the front wings. i have a full brand new set of green strips to go on the car so it will be looking like when it first rolled out of the factory again .
tomorrow im going to send the rear arches off for re-studding at fusion fabrication for a good price - i could do this myself but i have not got the time to be honest as i sleep in the day due to my job nature. as i have a day off as well i will refit all the window seals, door cards etc.....
