Cossie 2wd hubs?
If so what about the brembo caliper 350 kit from compbrake? I used it on my last saff and they are now going on the cortina. Ping me a text and i will find a pic and sendvia whatsapp.
I used 8 x18 focus rs alloys so that could be a starting point....

Just sent text.
I've ordered a set of Revolution millennium in 17 inch and they are 3 door Cossy hubs.
8 x 17 ET40 rear and 7.5 x 17 ET37 front
Edit as I've just spotted the pic - looks like they might squeeze under 17's
Whether I could get an outline drawing from Compbrake is another question !
I think I've convinced the guy at Revolution to send me a drawing of just the inside profile of the wheel.
Don't want to guess on if the parts will all fit.

New old stock wiper mechanism - sticker on it said November 1996 so not so new and a bit scruffy ...
A quick going over with a scotch pad and then some 2 pack satin black.
Cleaned up the old mounting rubbers as they are NLA, managed to track down a set of the metal bobbins.
Cleaned up original motor cover and fitted new wiper motor.
I've been tracking down bits like this for years, now all the hoarding in paying off

Awesome build. I've read this a couple of times and would love to have the skills to build something like this. Cars going to be a minter when it's finished and FairPlay to you. Can't wait to see it finished

Got a bit more done, getting a PC to talk to the CNC mill has proved to be a pain in the ass !
Coolant turned off for the quick vid
http://vidmg.photobucket.com/albums/...ps48scbkbe.mp4
The other side is going to be far more difficult to get my head around.
Cleaned all the dodgy paint from recon rack
Epoxied it and then gave it a squirt of satin black
Newish steering coupling in need of some TLC
All done
Did a bit more dynamat today, but rain stopped play !

Diff cover was going OK
Then the CNC had a spaz attack and smashed the cutter to bits
Took a big chunk out of the cover also, don't know if it's a post processor problem or a fault with the machine...
On the positive side a nice parcel from Martin Hadland showed up with some bling brakes.
I sent him a wheel to check clearances and he sorted out some 335mm fully floating discs discs and CP9200 calipers.
Got some matching discs for the rear also
Revolution wheels are any colour you like as long as it's white, I would have preferred silver though !

Now that's an awesome bit of custom work. Should be well pleased with that I would say. Wonder how many people are going to see it and ask you to make more

Your welding is much nicer than mine though ! - I prefer the collectors on mine to the ones in the advert ...

I have them welding done profesionnaly, thats why I offer them a lot cheeper unwelded as this is around £10 per joint weld (£100 each).
The one's on the listing are made for bolt straight on thats why they are merged like they are. Only having manifolds to copy and not cars to work from that is all I can do. eBay screw 10% and Paypal another 3%.

I would say £10 per joint is not bad if they're back purged with Argon, cost me a fortune is gas to do mine
