Default 3 door sierra cosworth project. now in the for sale section.

i bought this car as i had the urge for a 3 door and this one came along right at the right time.

i bought this from a bloke off here as he did intend to do this himself but due to family comitments he could not start/finish it.

this was a car that has been off the road for over 10 years and has only covered 34,000 miles, with full fsh and a couple of mot's.

the car used to belong to Clint Gaskin and was a big bhp car years ago, been in the mags a few times and now has a more sensible bhp output from the engine.

the car needs the head gasket doing and work in the engine bay,and minor dents and scratces in the body work, it has another bonnet and grill due to being damaged in storage i think

i decided to give the car to a mate Neil, the sprayer, to get the body work fully sorted, inside and out so to get the car the way it should be.

the engine, whats left of it will be comming out and getting refreshened by JC while its out and them get it all ready to go back in while Neil sorts the body out.

should not take long to finish it so will be driving it around for a bit then probably sell it as i have enough cars.

a few pics of what it is like now and one from years ago when Clint had it.

when it was Clints.

now....

will post more pics as the work goes on with it.

thanks lads.

this is a very good car,no rust anywhere on it,nothing like some other 3 doors with the innerwings falling off or the rear chassis rotted away.

going to be mint when done.

Machine demo Lee, high reach work for the higher stuff.

We mainly do industrial stuff Lee.

We are currently doing Buncefield, the place that blew up near London, and just finished doing Heathrow T5.

so we get about.

Sellafield again soon.
