Default rs turbo engine bay repaint and rebuild

Alright everyone I havent posted in a while, but heres my RS, basically the engine had to come out because it was knocking like the clappers, so while the engine was out I thought Id might aswell give it a blow over, it wasnt really that bad just the battery tray was a bit crappy and the rest was a bit grubby looking, but heres the end result, and ill keep you posted on the engine rebuild oh by the way the red strips on the bumpers were painted on by the last owner, so that will be changed.

I picked my head up the other day from Serdi Engineering, and what a job they done, the ports are massive, all the guides have been smoothed into the throats you cant even feel the ridge, the sandwich plate and inlet manifold have been matched aswell, also they made me up brass collets that slip over the inlet studs so it lines the sandwich plate up with the head perfectly and flush, so well impressed, heres some pic's.
Thanks for the comments everyone.

Heres some pic's, just waiting for the pistons now, the crank has been lightened and ballanced, so are the rods but there not ready yet, not really looking for major power but im hoping for 230-240bhp which should keep me happy.
So the tech:
Stage 4 head (std mfi)
Cvh34 cam
Stage 3 turbo
Radtek intercooler
Accrilite pistons
Arp studs and bolts
31 Act
Collins chip
That should see me to that power I would have thought, what would you lot say.
cheers.

Crank all freshly re-ground

Thats about it at the moment as im still waiting for bits

Heres a few pics of parts that ive had powder coated, and also my old mans 3 door cosworth that im juggling to work on at the moment,

Hey there. nice clean bay there

The Alternator bracket acts as a ground for the alt IIRC, so be sure to buff off some of the powercoat.

JAmes.
