Should handle pretty good i think, shell is being seam welded and the front is having adjustable top mounts, and its having some new rear turret's to put the shock's in the right place.
It's also going to have a 1" longer wheel base to match the escort cosworth (to save shortening the prop) so the suspension is going to be just like a escort cosworth, but with a stiffer shell (i would think). Also going to be running coilover's on it.
I might put a bit of paint on it, but thats the last priority, want it running first! lol

Beam is 80% mounted, The wheel base has been taylored to suit It will be using all Ford parts other than the Coil overs, the aim is to keep it simple for future routing service jobs etc. Stuart wants an good ROAD car not a race car so this is being accounted for. The biggest job will be the bulkhead due to it sitting around 3.5" forward to that of an escort cossie. We will be onto that next week and aim to have all the body shell prep done within the next 2 weeks, then it will be refurbing all the running gear and assembly.

A little update...
Kes looking happy with his work ancake:
Hole in the boot is even bigger now! putting some new box chassis rails in.
A (bad) view of the new box mounts for the rear beam, these are not yet finished.
View of what has been removed to allow the lower arm to swing without contacting the chassis .
as always more photo's here: Orion Cosworth Photo's
