Default 1991 ford sierra (sapphire) cosworth 4wd

hi
i'm from belgium , my name is david , 30years old
i work at a ford garage as chief technician
i bought this car from 1st owner with +/-30000miles
never been tuned... untill now
it's use is 1/4mile sprints and trackdays
this year the setup will be around 330/350hp
last year at a 280/300hp setup , best times :
0-60 : 4.24
1/8 mile : 8.39 / 87mph
1/4 mile : 12.74 / 116mph
with full stage 3 i hope to see a 4sec car and -12.5sec 1/4 mile
some pics :

for the johnny's who want to sprint

some movies :

against a M3 smg chip 355hp:

200sx 280hp (sylvia here i think ?):

as you can see had a 'little' accident
was overtaking 4/5 cars and when i got to the 2nd last he decided it was time to overtake too
so i hit him
went into the grass beside the road , hit a traffic sign
was trown back on the road hit another car that was pushed into a ditch then
i'm gonna need you guys to make this car the fastest sierra (in belgium )
i think i'm gonna go for quaife diff's and a stronger gearbox from reyland ( or is it marco polo that builds these for reyland ?)
