White plug in the first pic looks to go on to the sensor on the cross over pipe (or the thermostate housing as they are this shape)
the black plug could be the dizzy one or throttle body
not sure on the yellow one ,but the position on the loom would suggest rear of inlet
hope this helps

white plug goes on the back of the inlet, this is also same with black connection (see pic below) it doenst matter if these are connected

yellow plug goes on injector rail at bottom & must be plugged on or will will run crap.

the red/back wire on a ford loom is fuel pump wire but looks 2 be connected into ur realy ok (unsure why u have another?)

the 2 wires that were connected into a switch was a high/low boost switch, the brown/green wire will run all the way down to the amal valve plug. so if u plum in an amal valve & connect the switch back up u will have high/low boost controll as the flick of a switch!

that help?

no the yellow plug goes onto the BOTTOM of the injection rail: (see pic below)

the white plug & the black plug goes here: (see pic below)

the 2 wires are for a boost high/low switch

the red black wire im unsure where that is goin as its usall fuel pump, if u post a beter pic of that whole asrea of the loom i may be able 2 shed some light on it for u.
