My Sweet S2... Rs Turbo
I bought him 2 years ago
He was in medium condition... Engine have about 100 Bhp... and the car have more tear than cheese...
1hour after I boughy him...
When I turn off the bumper I saw...
The Car went to manufactory and the engine to the firm witch make car for the race...
In the same time...
After 15 months... I make in my car:
Engine:
KENT CAMS FAST ROAD CAMSHAFT KIT
KENT CAMS ALLOY ADJUSTABLE CAM PULLEY
Bigger valve
Bigger channels
Forged Pistons from 1,8 Zetec
Efi system
Injectors from audi S2
Fuel Pump Walbro 255
New turbo Hybrid T4
New Intercooler
and much much more but I have a little problem to transfer it....
Styling
Rear cosworth brake
Front cosworth brake
Goodrie pipe brake
Light "glass"
Ford race color

In poland is about 10-15 rst and hmm 2 or 3 where people make somethink in this car... I can said that I am only who makes somethink like that... so that why many people told me that I'm crazzy becouse i make somethink in car that they don't know. I had much problem witch collect all parts to this car so that why I most of them make for special order

I made this Intercooler for special order I wan't to buy GRS but now body want to send me it to Poland so the only way to have somethink like him was to make him for special order....

After all night I fit on all and just wait for the loom 
turbo and down-pipe It adjust on contact. I have to fit starter from fiesta 1,1
