Mk2 Cosworth Comes Home !!! - Picture Updates.
Firstly would like to publically thank Paul Linfoot from North Yorkshire Rs Spares for his excellent work and service and for basically being a top mate!! Cheers Paul!!
My Mk2 has been at Pauls place for the past seven months after we both agreed it would just be in for a quick connection of a few wires in the loom and a couple of hoses to connect. Ooops, we ended up going a tad further than that!
Anyway, also time to thank Ryan for his top quality ECU loom and to Dugal for his custom made looms to mate everything together exactly how I asked for, even if it was a nightmare!!
So folks, let the pics do the talking...

Dave, awesome car you have there.
i presume by your comments that its back in the UK now then?
i remember when Keith was building the car - just hope you complete it and make it exactly what it should be.

Kelv, yes I am back inteh Uk and the car has been back almost a year now actually. Things have changed drastically since Kieths days, in fact I have changed the majoriy of car and just got things sorted out properly. Not cheap by any means but if a job is worth doing an all that...
Had a lot of work done in NZ on the ally fab front and all wiring looms now made from scratch for the car. Means I have lots of spares for soemone doing a Mk2 conversion also.

Cheers Rich!
Kelv, no mate I had to sell the 500 in the end. I was gutted but could only really take two cars with me when I left. You will of course know of the second one in question...
Both now shipped back again, well travelled couple of old girls I say!

Cheers again Paul. I have made my list of jobs up and done the sizing for the last parts required. Just got back from Berlin this monring so not had much chance to do owt else.
Yep its a Ryan loom for the ECU. There is also the standard Stack loom. The rest of it was hand made by Dugal and his beautiful assistant Paul...LOL
Colour of car is Olympic Blue.
Car was painted by Darren at Escort-Tec by the way. Well he did the most of it and I had the inner floor, bonnet and engine bay repainted by John of Heritage classics in Boro. I am also getting the underside done again and a little dink painted by John over the next few weeks.
NZ fab work was done by a lad called Mark at Herberts Fabrication in Auckland, NZ http://racecarfab.co.nz/
Cheers to everyone for comments!
