Also had letter today from DVLA saying thanks for letting them know about me selling car so looks like logbook will be on its way to yousoon

got the logbook too i fecking spilt milk over it today its on the radiator right now drying out,


my boss has said i can keep the car at work which will be much easier for me im a mechanic by the way so i will have all of my tools and a nice ramp to work on its so annoying trying to remember which tools i need to take home to do a certain job

havn't had a chance to do anything lately got the other small headlight in and trial fitted the passenger bucket seat,
i am taking it to work on thursday so will take some pic's then of the bits i've done as soon as its at work i'll be able to crack on with it and who knowsw but could have it on the road before christmas i need to get out their again in a decent power car, my rover estate is getting so boring now

will be fitting the gearbox in tomoro and doing the cam belt as long as i can get the bottom pulley off

spent a couple of hours on the motor testerday

put the gearbox in


didnt know the cradle was different to a saph sits well pissed



starter motor in


manifold on


spent a couple of hours on it tonite put the cambelt and tensioner on plugged the loom in bolted some other bits on like the map sensor bracket accelerator cable bracket i'll take my camera with me tomoro and get some more pic's up

no probs glen where was i when you took them?

did some more bits tonite after i finished glen's

new cambelt and tensioner



cleaned and painted the 4wd thermostat housing



shiny pulley's ( cheers dave )



turbo on



map sensor, accelerator cable bracket, pas bottle bracket all painted and on


couple of random one's






going to fit the rad and inter cooler and what ever else i can be bothered to do tomoro nite

cheers mate was too good a car to not go back on the road, come up just at the right time for me

put the intercooler and rad in, looks so much better now their in, the original plan was to make some scoops up for the gap's but now the intercooler's in i dont think i want to now
