Combi Turbo Van! ( long term project!!)updated!!!!!!!!
right, better start a resto page, tis gonna need it!!
just bought this back ( from Benn304r) as i sold it him abt 2 yrs ago!
i bought abt 3 yrs ago as a diesel, with the intention of doing the turbo route!! but i run it in the ground and sold it on ! (sorry benn) anyway...
this is how it looked when i had had it bout 6 mths ( when i bought it had 88 spec bumper, twin headlights, and loads of other 'wrong bits'.
will get some pics off benn soon to show ya what needs to be done!!

Len I see Fogerty today he has bought John's old convertible off Scott for Ł400 and it looks like he has left his No plate on it aswell . He really is thick still no licence and driving a escort convertible no tax or MOT for at least a year around st helier estate and he got the roof down trying to look the bolloks . Wonder if hell sell it as cheap as the stero equiptment he used to get ?????

up date time...
bought this from auction...:
and decided that i wanted the van black now:
so i removed the doors ready for the pr of the black turbo
along with the kit, and the bonnet 9 the bumper fromn the black car was shagged....
random shot of the engine bay pre paint..
after paint applied to the door shuts and engine bay, as im fitting it then gonna paint the whole lot!
one cleaned a painted diesel g'box...
thats all till next time folks!

basically some small stuff...:
i have bought this week so far:
Charge carrier rubbers, new washer pipe clips, new grommet and clip for bonnet stay, chrome boost gauge, new vernier pully, new wheel bearings.
also tinted the rear lights:
stp1
stp2
stp3
stp4
and the final laquered look:
debaged the bonnet:
painted the metering unit, starter and alternator
Hopefully it should see paint this week!
