Ok after some messing around at the weekend I've finally managed to get the brakes all working and I can actually make the car go AND stop without using th handbrake.
I'll try and get some pics up as it's been a long long time since a decent update so hopefully i'll get some good ones up for you soon.
Plan for this week is to replace the radiator, have been meaning to do that but i concentrated on the brakes, which I am now very glad about as that's all sorted now.
Radiator is waiting to get changed, also got a rear bumper from tfrallyesprt i think, should arrive this week. Next step is to take it to get all the geometry setup as is all over the place, getting ever closer to MOT time!

Cheers! Yeah getting there, only a handful of jobs to do, changed over the radiator last night, so I just have to get the wheel alignment sorted and the exhuast adjusted as it's leaking slightly then it's off for an MOT.

Did you keep the Brembo brakes or went for new brakes as you mentioned on page 2?
The car was REALLY low

Yeah it was, got different suspension and 17" RL7 wheels on it now so it should be more "normal", as for the brakes, after all the pondering, they're on the car and working a treat! I keep meaning to take it out the garage and give her a good wash and polish so I can post up some decent pics for once. Off to the garage this weekend to get the tracking and a couple of bits seen to before i get it MOT'd (garage is a 1/4 a mile away so I'm sure i'll be ok.......i hope)
Thanks for the comments!

Looks like I am going to have to put the old wheels back on or find another couple of 18" RL7's, those wheels just don't sit right on the car with the brakes.

Right!!!!
Getting started again on this tonight and it WILL be finished this time as it's in someone else's garage and has to be out again within the next few weeks. I have 99% of the bits and the rest of the money is in the bank so no excuses this time (yet)

Pic as it was before i shifted it on sat.

Finally finished!
Should be getting Mot'd next week all going well, emissions are a bit of an issue at the moment, but everything else is in order.
Have some bits to add after it's run in, and minor bodywork to sort out, but all in all it's good to go. Even had time to take it out for some doughuts a few nights ago.

Was out at a show on sunday and got majorly sunburn, took the camera but never took any photos (great idea eh!). Here's one i've nicked from someone else. Car is basically finished now, just need to change the oil and turn up the boost.
I've had it all tidied up now with a new bootlid and rear bumper, had all he arches tidied and rolled also, as well as sideskirt clips from cdf racing and new jacking point covers, so it looks mint.
(Quite proud of the way it looks as i never even washed and polished it beforehand as i was away with work and only got home just beforehand)

Hope to finally get started with this again, sold the other saph last week, so now i have space to get this back over to the house and in the garage to finish it off.
First plan will be to change the brakes and turbo.

Had to change the brakes, had some issues with the monoblock brembos and 355's so stuck on the standard brakes and left it at that, anyway, today i finally got the time to stick the AP's on instead.

Calipers are a good fit, the old brakes were HUGE and needed hubcentrc spacers to fit and i still wasn't entirely happy with them. I sold them to benporter on here a while ago.

Plans, hmm not sure, got loads of bits to fit to it, then i think i'll chuck on a set of blacks/T34/MSD chip, tht's about it really.
Some more pics.
