Little 3Dr project ...01/11/06
Well hello everyone 
I should of started this a while ago but for various reasons (being lazy, one of them) i havent.
Theres a very long story behind this and i never set out to do what im currently doing...
So here she is before i started the project
Very nice tidy car, spec at start of work
Dark green injectors
stage 3 chip
bilstien shocks
Eibach springs
Braided brake lines
mongoose
Hybrid T3
front strut brace
pretty much the standard really.
before i go any further my spellings crap so no laughing.. Will carry on the story tmrw
later folks

The turbo decided to let go while i was on my way to put here in storage while i was away working
What a amount of smoke to.
Called my mate to rescue me (G60VV) on here (yet again).
quick inspection at a service station. and we found this had fallen off
So towed home and stuck away while i went to work (September 2005 at this point)
Finally managed to take the turbo off for a closer look and found
basically hand tight bolts here and there and what i think to be a pretty poorly built turbo.
So it was sent of under warrenty to the supplier. who turned out to be a bunch of ba*stards but i'll get to that later.

So i bought a T34 off here (thanks by the way pon)
Never had time to do anything to the car only had a couple of days at home in febuary. so the turbo sat there waiting to be fitted.
while i was away (again i thought i would buy some bits to make here a bit more balanced.
so a couple of phone calls and i had..
Various comec (or what everthere called) gaskets
bailys turbo hanger
breather system
black samcos to go with breather
bailys turbo hanger
new rear beam mounts
full front and rear powerflex bushes
tarox 40 groove discs for the front
tarox discs for the back
ferodo pads
braided brake lines (never looked to see if i had them already
)
oilcooler (thanks paul)
pace "rs500" intercooler
a few other bits that i cant really remember to be honest.
oh forgot to mention had previously bought full samco black hoses
dump valve (yes i know). and a group a filter ( thanks again to rstoughy spares shop)
so that was basically going to be it........
Until i got bored one day sitting at my desk (in the usa) while i was supposed to be doing some reports i spotted a engine for sale on here in the for sale section. being the type of person i am, i thought why not ur only here once. quick pm to get a phone number and hey presto, engine package bought....
With the new power plant i was going to have to uprate pretty much everything like brakes etc which i just bought a week or so before.
So i get home and nip down to London from aberdeen in a hire van with my mate pic the plant up and straight up the road..
I dont have any pics of the engine standing alone im affraid..

Think i bought two of everything bad memory 
Couple of other bits to help here along
The dash the last time i saw it
I decided not to paint her as she doesnt really need it she wont win any show and shine comps but shes tidy enough the front end could do with some attenton and there are a few car park dents here and there

No i took the car with standard rims was planning on keeping it as original as i could

ive looked after all 5 of the cosworths ive owned, well apart from one of the flint grey ones but it was crap anyway

No real up date as such.
Wheels have been changed for a set of black RL'7's thanks to paul at North Yorkshire RS spares. Again my photography skills let me down as i havent taken anypics with the wheels on
Im told the car is running but there is a problem with the coil pack or something.
hopefully i'l get pics some pics up soon.

alright lad, I got my camera back today, so I'm needing to pop round to see Scotty's neighbour, so I'll take some updated pics for you at the same time! maybe tonight even

Car wont be broken though and will still be running the engine out of YUM
Will get the list up over the next couple of days once i've taken pics of everything thats up for grabs.
There are a couple of people who have asked for 1st refusal on some of the parts so they will be contacted 1st
