my s2 major rebuild with loads of pics, update today 14/06/0
this is my s2 the delta front bumper will be staying of now 
the seats are put up for sale there going
all the blue will be gone and dails moved around
driver side sill looked o.k but was rotton as shit as i wanted to cut it
of and replace it anyway
driver side wheel arch will be new
bottom of driver side door
rear panel
passenger side
new wheel arch for here
some chassie work needed
my nephew helping me good lad

trying new wing on for fitment
inner rear quarter panel had to be cut out
new one made by myself
driver side inner sill was rotton
all cut out ready for new inner sill
new one welded in place
thicker metal was used here where thay rot just on the inner rear
sill spot the run in the paint
dont matter really
didnt have the welder long couldnt work it tidy at first
this will be ground down and re done
thats better solid now

now with filler
wing now welded in place
the rear panel had some rot here so i cut it out with the grinder
and re plated it
top bit of rear panel had a hole in it
loads more pics to come of the passenger side yet will
do this in the next few days

this was so rotton i couldnt beleave my eyes when it fell off
the part that fell off
wheel arch cut out ready for new one
new inner sill welded in place
that panel hanging down is 2.5mm thick so this shouldnt rot
for at leaset years
, once the sill is welded on to it
all i have to do is cut it level with the sill
new sill ready to go on
now welded in place
some pics of it filled and ready for primmer

new one hand made
