Default trying to get my ford courier through an MOT

i recently bought a ford courier van 1.8d off the place my mum works as a bit of a project to have as a first car, i have had it bout 6 months the the damn thing still aint finished! i bought it in a bit of a state, the back door was rusted in 3 places and all the way accross the bottom, the rear wheel arches had basicaly fallen off and the bumper mounts and re-enforcement panel accross the back were knakerd.

so far, i have done the rear arches although the inners still need patching up, tiided up all the little patches and done the reinforcement panel and bumper mounts at the back. along with adding colour coded bumpers, cd player, plenty of speakers and 12" sub. and generaly tidying up all the broken panels inside and re-lining the back.

since buying the van i have found more problems, there is a 5 inch round hole in the drivers side footwell, the rear chassis legs need a few patches and the worst of all, the near side rear shockabsorber mount on the chassis rail has snapped clean off!

before anyone tells me to scrap it , i have put to much money and time into it now and its starting to come together.the original aim of finishing it for passing my test has already fallen through though, i passed my test about 2 mnonths ago and been stuck with driving my mums new car after been run off the road by a gypo and taking out a gate and 2 gate posts!

what i want to know is if anyone knows of any companies which do replacment panels for ford courier vans, i managed to get hold of the arches, reinforcment panel and bumper mounts but i cant find owt else, i could do with inner arches and any repair pieces for the chassis legs.

and does anyone know what wheels and tyres will fit, im looking for a 14 or 15 inch set of steels that i can paint black with a silver lip around the edge, its currently running 165x60x13 i think.

thanks in advance

will put pics up soon before anyone asks

its based on a mk3 fiesta. i bought it because its the perfect size for putting downhill bikes in the back

i will try and put pics up soon, i wish i had some of when i bought it, it looked a right mess! dont think it had ever been cleaned. need to get a new camera.

i have tried all the local panel shops and managed to get a set of rear arches and a few other bits but nothing for the inners or anything else. would it be possible to cut the piece of the floorpan out of a normal mk3 fiesta and weld that in from the inside? i have heared of people using cut up outer arches to form the basic shape of the inners?
