Well all the old parts are out, just need to take out Boost Controller and SM2 then all the old conversion is out
Just need to sell the old box, front diff, Rad, Fans, Charge cooler and intercooler
Hers is todays Photos with it all stripped out
So as soon as l have drilled hole in bulkhead for new clutch system and have the new front diff then it can go back into car
Should have my new twin plate clutch in week
Then need to sort out a intercooler and maybe a new breather system.
Will keep you all posted

Good work there M8
You going to bolt the box / diff ect up to the engine and lift the whole lot back in complete?
That's how i've done mine before and got to say it's deffo the way trolly jack under the rear of the box and engine crane at the front.
No messing with the front prop or anything like that just lift it into place and stick in the bolts for the X-member / G/box craddle and struts and its job done
Best of luck with the rebuild.
