Yes mate i agree with you air tools are cool even better when you have a disc cutter to remove rotten panels

Surely your not throwing away the door cards and parcel shelf

Fiesta owners are always after a set of door cards as the door pocket is prone to breaking, and theres always somebody after an uncut parcel shelf.

Stick them on ebay they'll soon sell.

This topic needs a little update.
2 weeks ago i got a new daily drive and a new engine for the ZT conversion.
The car is a volvo 850 2,5 20V with 170BHP

The new engine:

This is how the xr looks now. Don't have a lot time so it takes some time before the xr is ready for the new engine.

And the new gauges. oil temp and ARF
on:

off

The engine is going this suterday to the engine builder/tuner so they can start the ZT conversion. Think it will be finished in about 5 months.

Well dropped the 1.8 zetec at the engine tuner today (hurricane racing engines). And test fitted the manifold on the zetec. It needs some changes but it looks ok
Manifold

And nicely packed on the trailer behind the 20V.

At the engine tuner

Look at the focus with the big wing. 2.0 zetec turbo. recently rebuild cos it had 4 smoked pistons

GOing to be a nice engine when ready and the bankaccount will be empty i think

Well done something today. I had nothing to do today so i worked on the fez today.Got the engine out. it takes some work but i was alone First i lifted the xr a bit so i had more space to work.

Then i strapped the g.box and engine.

And after some work i got everything sorted

Engine out

And the result.
