Default 3dr engine back in (update 16/05/06)
About 6 months ago i started taking pics thinking yeh i will impress the lads on passionford. Silly me i had about 50 pics of my engine rebuild and the stripping down of the car. I was going to wait till it was finished and bang them all on here at once. One thing went wrong the poxy hard drive on my pc went up shit creek with all the photos on it. So this time i will put them on as i do it. Its just about ready for spraying.





This was it before not bad but not good enough.

Been buying, old air filter had just about had it and the exhaust housing was cracked all over the place so heres me new ones.

Been abit busy so aint got much done, got the kit on apart from f/bumper. Its sitting abit high at the front as the engine is out again

Yes spot on mate i brought the mk1 as a little trackday toy as i would never forgive myself if i crashed the cossie, then the astra popped up for £500 and it had willwoods on the front that will go straight on the golf and a SDB ex demo redtop lump in thats only done 4000k since being rebuilt. So ive slung this in the golf too Trouble is cant get the b**tard thing going got a spark but the injectors arent working and its got a MBE ecu so no good following the vauxhall wiring diagram

Engine is back in and its MOTed It goes back to the spray shop Thursday to be buffed so i will get some pics up when its finished. Thanks again for all your comments
