helloooo ive got a minty s1 which is just starting to get minute bubbles on the front wing, down the rear valance and at the bottom of the doors,crack along the top of the door panel ..and i mean TINY just it looks worse on white lol. ..would like your guys opionion on what to do,...leave it and try to ignore ? get it straight down the body shop for touch up / respray ? lol..pretend its not there? i want the car to stay minty and it pisses me of that its slowly decaying in front of me,the rest of the car is 100% rust free and never welded... opinions please gents..

Hi matey, can't ignore it, it will only eat further in and spread. If the car is as good as you say, get it to a concourse bodyshop and get it sorted ASAP.

hey thanks, has to be done..gotta find a decent enough place that can match it and do a nice job, seems silly over just some little specs but it does keep me awake at night

might just look like little bubbles but once you get all the paint off it can be lot worse

get it sorted as soon as, it will only get worse

I was wondering the same, got a 55k miler S1 with a few tiny spots appearing round the wing etc.....dont know whether to have it resprayed completely, body kit off etc, and see it last another 20 years, or just have some small bits touched up by bodyshop.

Some feel that spraying the whole car detracts from its overall value as an "original" car, but surely it will be worth less in a few years if its covered in rust ?

Oh what to do..............

Its allways worse underneath, get a torch and give the arches and the rest of the body a good inspection then make up your mind.
