Thanks Brian

nitromors will shift it more than likly, its great stuff, dont get it on ya hands as its a acid, and if you drip a bit on ya paint work, you got i would say about 2 seconds if that before it will affect it, and within 30-40 seconds you could wipe it off to bear metal, so if you use it, have rubber gloves and safty glasses.
and be warned, rubber washing up gloves will give you about a min to min and half before it eats through them if you get it on there.
anyhow, why you wanna take it all off?
if i took it off, i would give it a prime, them a good few coats of a stone chip and you can piant over the stone chip

wear a full face mask if you can with them, when i was doing my rear axle with them, it was next to the shed with the shed door open, when i was done there was a bit of wire from the wheel sticking ina roll of plastic sheet i had which was a good 5-6 foot away from where i was
ok i prob made the wires weak with what i was doing, but none the less, safety first mate.
on another note a bit has come off and stuck in my leg before too only bout a mil but i felt it

***UPDATE 11/04/07***
Spent a few hours today in the garage. Manged to remove the bucket seats and the harness also rubbed down some more of the engine bay and made some plates up so i can weld them in the holes on the front panel to make the front panel smooth.
Will get some pictures tomorrow as i forgot to charge my camera up
