Jonathan Palmer is a Legend. He used to fly to work in his helicopter each day at Bedford Autodrome when we did Track days and then every now and then he used to come out in a racing car.

He let us all use a fleet of Formula fords for free one day as well.

Looks fairly effortless, and certainly no problems at all slowing down in the distance provided, doesnt even look like he's braking hard either.

I've got to admit I was thinking that. I was just waiting to see something happen and missed the run

I thought it was happening on the usual bruntingthorpe track, when they go up loop round and come down the other side so was waiting for that.

They leave a lot of room to slow down so you don't need to cook the brakes for no reason, much safer that way too
