I know how you feel mate, I seem to spend more time moving mine out the way than actually driving it!?

Nah not really, I've used it 3 times few burnouts and a bit of sideways, it's sat for over a month now. The return pipe on the petrol tank split and I couldn't be arsed to change it. New tank has turned up now so il do it at some point, want to get on with my mk1 escort really

Loving the black wheels stu I think they make it look a lot harder. Also see your done your fog lights scoops grey now. Like that as I think they don't look right when body coloured. I tried some different colours on mine in my saff but settled on silver in the end

Thanks mate! Was going to go back to silver, for the ducts, as the grey don't really go with anything else...?
Do you have any pics of your ducts?did you make your own, or buy them made? I did mine myself, but a proper ball ache!

Yep, that's me! Back in the days when Dave Moss was running it... Used to do all the shows and Surrey/Middlesex meets. Was in Fast Ford about 10 years ago now...

I'd probably know you if I saw it!? Dorking was the best meet, used to like going there, happy memories! The one by Chessington world of adventures wasn't so good. I moved away before it moved to the Fairmile iirc? My dad still goes to the Middlesex meets and shows with his Escort.

Any pics of it? I remember the moonstone Saff with the smoothed bumpers?
Do you know Dave, big bloke, a J reg moonstone saff? He bent it on a roundabout one winter, we spent the next six months rebuilding it...

I remember one with Escos wheels... Did you have a mate who had a white 3Door, with black wheels? I think there were quite a few moonstones, that were regulars, that spring to mind back then. The smoothed bumpered one, yours, Daves, a guy called Steve, his mate Brian, (that's the one that Jim_Robson on here has just rebuilt) Paul, (The treasure's) that got written off at the Scottish show.

Couldn't make it to Central Day, (or whatever they call it now?! Lol) but my dad went with the Surrey/Middlesex group. Just found a pic of his on FB, I've not seen it for ages, but think it's looking quite nice!? ...Didn't know he'd finally gone for a new set of MO's!?

Cheers mate, the Recaros will be going back in, as they'll be more practical for putting the kids in the back...
Got one of each, he likes the Saff, especially the noise, but unfortunately he's also quite into tractors, given the amount of the fuckers on the roads round here! My daughters still a bit young to really appreciate cars...
