Default Made some racking (CAR RAMPS) more pictures added...

To sit cars on!

having more and more customers asking me to do big builds and meaning me being left with their cars I was running out of room at one of my garages so I decided to do something about it as didn't want to move.

My four post ramp is mobile and moves on wheels when I need it too so cars go from that onto racking...

Excuse the mess, just finished and I refused to paint the garage until I had all ramps and racking I wanted fitted and finished.

PS not intending to advertise my garages at all!!! please don't feel the need to delete.

Feck me, that's some setup!?

And, to think, when I read the title, I was thinking of it being a extra shelf or two!

I moved the ramp with car on it once, was OK, but I don't need to, I place ramp in position then drive car onto it.

I haven't finished pricing up what I have spent yet.

Thanks!

I have an idea in my head of what I want my garages to look like and I try my best to make it that way.

I have one garage in a village and surrounded by thatch roof houses, nothing like this one

Cracking idea Kev, bit like the moveable racking system we have in the Warehouse
Can you stand up under the racking if you needed to do any work on the cars whilst they are stored ?

Love me a bit of hardcore engineering! Nice job!

But I don't think I'd want to be the one that drives the car off the lifter onto the racking!
