Here are a few pics of my Bonus project, car was bought as a bog standard 1.3 Bonus and started of as this:



Shortly after we converted it to run a 2.0 Zetec with 130ps management, 4 branch manifold and full Magnex s/s exhaust, also added OZ Mito's, 60mm springs and full 90 spec RS Turbo interior:








and a quick one with my mates Bonus:



I have also bought this recently:






Its an XR3i shell with a 2.0 Zetec with Jenvey throttle bodies, head work, high lift cams, 4 branch and full stainless, lightened flywheel and was recently dyno'd at 195 bhp. Also has Gaz Gold coilovers and Wilwood 4 pot callipers, rear disc conversion, polybushed, RST interior etc and the plan is to put all the goodies into the Bonus shell

The XR3i will then get built up with the leftover parts and be up for sale.

there was a track night at knockhill and i decided to have a bash and had a ball!

Nice to see the old girls still goin.. i cobbled it together about 12 years ago its a bonus 90 shell that had been stripped and a F plate crashed 1.3L (very low mileage 26k) The interior came out of an xr3i and the wheels off a rotten orion 1600E I did the bonnet (did it still have the shelf in ) it stood me to about £150 Best car i ever had !
